When you visit this website there are three ways in which we may collect information from you.

1. Requests to provide personal information 

We collect personal information that you choose to give us when requesting to receive updates or when applying to enter the Concierge Program. This includes information collected via online forms, events and training registrations, or when subscribing to receive newsletters. 

When you complete an online form, you will receive the option to opt in to other newsletters and community programs maintained by Smart Precinct NQ. At any time you can opt out of receiving correspondence by unsubscribing  in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and the Information Privacy Principles set out therein.

When entering into the Concierge Program you will also be involved in several consultations with business growth specialists where information will be captured and retained outside of the Concierge Website.

This information collected and provided by you is securely stored in our organisation databases in accordance with our security and privacy policies.

Information will be used by Smart Precinct NQ to produce results reports on the Concierge Program in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service Delivery of the Project.

2. Automatic collection through this website 

Some personal information is automatically collected in our web server log files when you visit this website.      

3. Automatic collection by third party software vendors 

We use first-party cookies to collect information about your visit to this website. We do this so that we can use web analytics software including:

Your use of the Concierge Program, this website and CRM (customer relationship management system) forms your authority to us that you understand and accept that the collection and use of your personal information as part of the Concierge Program may necessitate the transfer of your personal information outside of Australia given our use of third party services.  While the Concierge Program uses a third party platform for information storage and security, you should be aware that there are inherent risks associated with the transfer of information via the Internet.  If you do not want to provide your information via this webpage, please contact us to discuss how we may be able to assist you using non-electronic means. 

Use of web analytics data 

We use web analytics data that we collect to measure, analyse and report on how this website is being used. This information helps us to make improvements.
